How to Make Your Own Bud's Spud

Our Bud's Spud is a fan favorite. While we're taking a break from the hot line, that doesn't mean you can't enjoy your favorite Bud's meals. Learn how to make a quick and easy baked potato with your favorite toppings, like our juicy, marinated chicken.




What You Will Need:


  • Russet potatoes, Scrubbed

  • Oil

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Butter

  • Bud's Marinated Chicken

  • Shredded Cheese (optional)

  • Sour Cream (optional)

Procedure:


  1. Preheat Oven to 350

  2. Pierce your potato with a fork

  3. Rub your taters with a little oil

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  5. Wrap in foil

  6. Bake at 350 for an hour

  7. Once done baking, let sit to cool.

  8. Once your tater is a little cool, cut lengthwise down the middle, about halfway.

  9. Add butter, and salt and pepper to taste


**Chef's Tip: Add your favorite kind of shredded cheese, then top with a dollup of sour cream, and Cookhouse Spice Blend for extra goodness!


11. Top it off with your your fave items, like Bud's Marinated Chicken
